Caitac Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby establish the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) regarding the handling of privacy information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “Services”). 

Article 1 (Privacy information)

Article 2 (Privacy information collection method)

Article 4 (Provision of personal information to third parties)

Company shall not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user except in the following cases. However, this does not apply to the cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws.

  2. In case it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.
  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not apply to third parties.

  1. In case Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve purpose of use.
  2. In case personal information is provided along with the succession of business due to mergers or other reasons.
  3. In case personal information is used jointly with a specific person, the fact of jointly using the information, the items of personal information of a person the information is jointly used with, the scope of that person, the purpose of the user the name or name of the person responsible for the management of personal information shall be notified to the person in advance or placed in a state where the person can easily know it.

Article 5 (Disclosure of personal information)

Regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information shall not be disclosed in principle.

Article 6 (Correction and deletion of personal information)

If the user’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user can request the Company to correct or delete the personal information by the procedure determined by the Company.

In case the Company receives the request from the user and determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, it shall correct or delete the personal information without delay and notify the user.

Article 7 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc.)

In case the Company is requested to suspend the use of personal information or delete it on the reason of the above information being handled outside the scope of the purpose of use or being obtained by improper means (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of use”),  it shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, it shall stop using personal information and notify the person accordingly. However, if the suspension of use of personal information requires large costs, or if it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information, and there are alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the individual, this alternative shall be taken.

Article 8 (Changes in Privacy Policy)

The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to users. Except the cases, specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect starting from the moment of posting on this website.
